Smoothie ~ Peanut Butter Cup

  • 2 C unsweetened chocolate soy milk
  • 1-2 scoops whey protein powder
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (or 1 teaspoon cocoa powder)
  • 4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients into a good (sturdy) blender and blend until smooth.

Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
