- 2 C unsweetened chocolate soy milk
- 1-2 scoops whey protein powder
- 1 large ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (or 1 teaspoon cocoa powder)
- 4 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into a good (sturdy) blender and blend until smooth.
Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
