Food is a vital, essential part of life. It’s not only your child’s main fuel, but also has the power to help her double in size as a newborn, to build her muscles for climbing, and sharpen his brain for learning. Healthy food can have more protective power than medicines to strengthen young immune systems. One of the most important things you can do for the health of your child at every age is to support his growing body with healthy foods and drinks.
But what should we feed them? How should we feed them? What do we do when they won’t eat, or when they eat too much?
